Candle care

To prevent tunnelling let the candle burn until the melting pool reaches the edges of the glass jar.
However do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time to get the most out of Kensla's candle.
Trim the wick to approximately 6 mm before each use. This helps prevent excessive smoke and ensures an even, clean burn.

Shipping cost within Norway is NOK 79,- for order under NOK 800,-.

Orders will usually take 5-7 business days to arrive. Deliveries to remote area can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Return

Our return policy allows you to return products within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
